Return Policy

We (Luni) aim to make your order perfect just for you. But, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item/s, please email lunipottery@gmail.com

The following conditions apply:

• If you are unhappy with the item/s received and the item/s are undamaged, they are applicable for an exchange or return. Shipping back to Luni will be paid at your expense.
• Please note that no returns or exchanges of earrings will be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
• If the item/s arrived to you damaged, please send us proof of the damage and we will process a refund for you for the damaged item/s.
• No refunds/returns/exchanges will be given on sale items.
• No refunds/returns/exchanges will be given for items you personally damage.
